So impressed by the week day cleanning staff so helpful and do a fantastic job, as for Saturday cleanning staff not impressed woken at 742am as cleanning staff member entered my room whilst I was still asleep.
Hotel staff so lovely and accommodating, always helpful and friendly.
Glaziers restaurant served beautiful not one meal could you complain about. The only problem was the delay of the time of the food coming out. 45 minutes is just crazy.
